Product Description

Topsen 995 is a one-component, neutral-cure, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone structural sealant specifically formulated for curtain wall construction. It offers excellent adhesion, weather resistance, and long-term durability, making it ideal for structural bonding and sealing of glass curtain wall systems.

How to Use:

-Clean the surface to remove dust, oil, moisture, and loose materials.

-Apply masking tape if necessary to ensure clean edges.

-Cut the nozzle at an angle and load the sealant into a standard caulking gun.

-Apply the sealant evenly.

-Smooth the surface within 5 minutes using a spatula or tool.

-Remove masking tape before the sealant starts curing.

Limitations:

-Not recommended for surfaces that bleed oils or solvents

-Do not apply to wet, frosty, or oily surfaces

-Not suitable for copper, lead, galvanized steel, or other corrosion-prone materials

-Not for use in areas with long-term water immersion
