517 is a fast-curing one-component silicone sealant, acetic cure type, it cures with atmospheric moisture to form a high-strength rubber seal with excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, mirrors, and metals, stainless, most plastics, and coated surfaces. It is virtually unaffected by high or low temperatures; its excellent physical properties are designed to give outstanding durability and performance.

2. Non-corrosion resistant substrates such as concrete, porous stones (like marble), coated glass, copper, lead, and galvanized materials;
3. The mucilage shall not be completely isolated from the air before fully curing;
4. The frosty or moist surface;
5. When the surface's temperature is below 4ºC or above 40ºC.
