Topsen polyurethane elastomeric adhesive sealant TP-40 is a solvent-free one-component room-temperature moist curing sealant, formulated to adhere most types of wood, parquet, solid strip, engineered, bamboo, and sheet timber flooring systems to flat concrete and timber subfloors, or over existing floors.
Advantages:

- Suitable for common types of planks
- Especially suitable for special wooden boards, such as wooden floors and bamboo floors, can be used to directly paste wooden floors on old tiles
- Reduce the stress on the substrate, the material is compatible with the elastic adhesive to reduce the lateral stress between the wooden floor and the substrate
- Adjustable for minor unevenness on the base surface
- Suitable for floor heating systems
